I used to love this show back in the eighties– when they didn’t pretend you were really going to try these exercises.  In fact, the warning at the beginning told you not to.  Just sit back with a cool beverage and watch.  Bess Motta, the one with the hair and the smallest leotard, you may recognized from the original Terminator.  She played Sarah Conner’s room-mate.
