It took forever to get my son to read Senta and the Steel Dragon. He’s not a reader. He can read very well, he just doesn’t read all the time, unlike my daughter. As soon as he started reading them, he shot through everything I had written in a week. And he loved the books… until he got to the point where a particular character died.
