Well, I read about the first paragraphs contest over at Nathan Bransford – Literary Agent and so I entered with the first paragraph of my someday/maybe mystery novel. I shouldn’t have, and now I feel dumb. First of all, I don’t have a mystery novel completed. I just have the rough draft of a first page, so submitting the first paragraph of four seems pretty dumb. I mean, I haven’t even decided what the mystery in the mystery novel is going to be. Oh well.
